I am a 55 yr old female. Married with two children. I also have one 7yr old granddaughter. I have spent most of my live losing 15-20 lbs and gaining it back within a year. Now I know it is not about a diet but a life style change. I am working on becoming healthier and happier.

I would like to invite you to a new team!
Its about having fun and enjoying life, with out being judged.
Even though not everyone will see eye to eye, we still get along and like being silly. We talk about everything and anything, your path to a fit and healthy life isnt all about count cals and getting on a scale, we all need support at times. places to vent and have a chuckle!
