Dr. says I should lose 10# to bring my sugar level down. I don't want to be diabetic. Started at his office weighing 225#.

Several years ago I gave up soda.
I gave up candy for 3 mths & now eat only an occasional piece.
I gave up 2nd helpings. Now trying to give up cookies.
Sweets & Carbs are my downfall.

Joan, its done. Glad you reconsidered. I guess the Challenge is one of those things where it doesn't matter if you win or lose, its how you play the game. If we keep trying it means we will keep getting better and hopefully feeling and looking better. You are doing very well, and I know many say that just belonging each month helps keep them on track. I'm not making any progress, but you know what - if it wasn't for our team I could easily lose my focus, and I don't want to think about what would happen to my weight if that happened.
