My Goals:

My Program:
Eating: Eating as cleanly as possible. Whole grains, getting enough protein, lots of vegetables and fruits. Fatty fish at least once a week. Natural yogurt, but trying to keep milk to a minimum. Exercise: Cardio is, for now, walking. Usually 5k, with the dog. Running has always eluded me but I hope to get there someday. Also have an exercise bike for rainy days. I took up swimming for the colder months. I aim for more than 1000m per swim. Strength Training is based on "Smart Girls do Dumbbells", which is a fantastic starter book. I do the "advanced" sets.
Personal Information:
I'm 27 years old, I live in Mississauga, Ontario with my husband of 6 years. We have an extremely sweet and clever Labrador Retriever, and a cat who might have more food issues than me :)
