My Goals:
I will work on portion control. No junk food! Do some kind of exercise daily.
My Program:
Portion control and tracking my food. Exercise everyday. Walking and gardening are my favorite forms of cardio. Strength exercises .

Married to my best friend for 49 yrs. Grandmother to 7. Great-grandma to 2. Dh & I enjoy RV travel. We live in CA winters/ western WA in the spring and summer.
