My Goals:
1.) Loss at least a pound a week
2.) Add 1 extra Day of Cardio a Week total of 4
3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal
4.) Keep Sodium intake with in Guide Lines


My Program:
1. Drink 4 glases of water with each meal.
2. Do something Fitness wise each day.
3. When stressed take a break and take a walk

Personal Information:
I am from Iowa. Corn feed beef and Corn feed me... I have never really been skinny or thin in my life but i am going to be a healthier, thinner, skinny me this year. I am Diabetic so this makes this a must as well as being Bi-polar the structure here helps with that as well.

Other Information:
I love to Sew, Cook, Eat, and spend time with my grandbabies..
I am a bio-mom of 2 and a mother of 3. I have raised my grand daughter since birth and she calls me mom

You did amazing on the White Hawk group this week. How did you lose so much on Week 1? I'm really curious! Did you change up eating or exercise in a big way then? It's pretty phenomenal. Be proud!!
