My Goals:
1.) Loss at least a pound a week 2.) Add 1 extra Day of Cardio a Week total of 4 3.) Contine to drink 4 glasses of water before each meal 4.) Keep Sodium intake with in Guide Lines
My Program:
1. Drink 4 glases of water with each meal. 2. Do something Fitness wise each day. 3. When stressed take a break and take a walk
Personal Information:
I am from Iowa. Corn feed beef and Corn feed me... I have never really been skinny or thin in my life but i am going to be a healthier, thinner, skinny me this year. I am Diabetic so this makes this a must as well as being Bi-polar the structure here helps with that as well.
Other Information:
I love to Sew, Cook, Eat, and spend time with my grandbabies.. I am a bio-mom of 2 and a mother of 3. I have raised my grand daughter since birth and she calls me mom
