Lower blood pressure to normal range - Goal met last week of Sept/13!

Do 5 Pushups

Bench Press 1/2 my bodyweight. - Goal met May 28, 2013 - 75 lbs 3 reps

Deadlift my bodyweight.

Bench Press 100 lbs. by April 1, 2014.


My Program:
Strength train 3x week for at least 1/2 hour

Walk 3 miles to work minimum 3x a week
