Besides old age, I am prediabetic, have a lapband in place & am a widow. I have 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren to enjoy and appreciate. I would like to be around for many more years to watch, love & nurture if the Lord is agreeable!

Thanks for adding me a friend. You have done amazing which is where I want to be. This is a perfect program for me, am giving up weight watchers. you don't get the feedback there that you get here.
these past few days have been yo-yo eating and need desperately to get back on track. I was going to purchase a treadmill for this winter however I think I am going to look into get a WII
