Thanks for adding me as a friend, what an honor. I'm down another 4 1/2 lbs last week. Only 15 more to goal, WooHoo! I went shopping for new exercise clothing Saturday and went from an XL to a MEDIUM. I'm so jazzed!!!
Thanks you so much Joanne for your detailed info. I too have a challenge w/sugar although right now I'm doing remarkably well. I happen to live w/the food police, lol. I want this goal so badly I'll make any sacrifices to obtain it. I'm also working hard at making it a LIFETIME/LIFESTYLE change. We could be good motivators for each other. You are so close and maintaining takes work too so stick around would ya?
