where dreams come true

I am 67 and seems like a lifetime of dieting. Finally I am thinking lifestyle and making realistic changes. I am a widow these last 4 years, have 6 kids, 4 grandsons and a great granddaughter. The community fitness center with indoor pool is a half block from me. They work really hard to make memberships affordable for the community. I have one. Need to start using it.

happy middle of July how are you holding up in this heat. We have our county fair next week and no rain in site and in the upper 90's, should be a hot one, we camp there, so will have the air to go to. good luck
