Thanks for the e-mail! Just wanted to swing by and give you some encouragement here. Compulsiveness can be a good thing when you're compulsive about something important - like tracking your nutrients. It's amazing isn't it when you start looking at where you may be lacking for a nutrient. I'm compulsive about keeping my bones in good health and had found that I was lacking in calcium.
