This was a great festival until the next morning when we were shrouded in fog. Can't fly in fog.

I am struggling with changing bad habits. The changes could save my life as I have Diabetes 2. I feel that with support I may be able to achieve my goals.

My Goals:
My goals are very tiny ones. Like one pound at a time or a couple of pounds at a time. And then when (not if) I reach that goal-I celebrate by yelling-Yipeeeeeee!

My Program:
I am logging in all food I eat and I've made up a couple of receipes too. I use the calculator to figure out portions. Never in my liife have I been able to portion out food. Sure I want to eat sometimes, but I push that feeling away, asking why do I want to eat now?I'm not hungry.

I'm doing water arobics and I've missed many classes I had taken in the past. I remember what we did and I work on those moves. I'm in the pool for about an hour or more. I love water.

Also, I walk with an IPAD or walk with my husband for at least 20 minutes to an hour.

Other Information:
I love SciFi at least a lot of it and horror movies that are more campy than anything else.

I love films. Old movies I find a lot of fun and interesting. I love the ocean life and I love to see films on our universe, very interesting. I find I have diverse interests. I love whale watching too.

I've been with SparkPeople for about a week now and it is amazing how my energy is going into posting what I'm eating. That's is a new experience for me since I would never keep track of my calories, let alone a protein. What wonderful help and support I've received in such a short time.
