Life Challenges
I will be logging my food (watching portion sizes and totals (Fats, Carbs and sodium). I said when 2011 started that it would be a year of committment to the Spark Program. I want to get my BMI # down below the OBESITY range. I am now in the OVERWEIGHT group. Woo Hoo, Hope to stay there and keep dropping so I can accomplish losing 5 more pounds.
