Day 20.. Seems Like A Good Day To Make A SparkPage

I am 46... soon to be 47. I have 4 kids, 2 grandkids. It was easy to become pre-diabetic and now I have to work REALLY REALLY hard to make sure I don't cross over to the Type 2. I don't like running, walking or drinking 8 glasses of water in a day. My true loves, other than my children and husband, would be all that is bread, all that is chocolate and pies, cakes, steaks, etc...

Hi there....

Thank you for commenting on my blog and my dillema with the ice cream.....you had never heard of a donut peach...well they are called many things among them saturn peaches or UFO peaches...basically they are small white peaches that are simply delicious...

I have a famer's market near my house every Saturday and they have some of the sweetest donut peaches this year...

Anyhow, thank you for the comments...I hope you don't mind I added you as a spark friend..

Alrightly, first things first: Welcome to Spark! Someone had to be first here so it is me. Many thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Glad to see you found your way to one of my better ones, rather than the inane one that happened to go viral here and make me undeservedly famous!

I've been on way longer than you (a month) and continue to treat the Nutrition Tracker like the Soup Nazi armed with a machine gun. I stare at the pie charts at the end of the day, see what could be improved, make sure I'm eating more protein than fats, limit sodium, all kinds of things.

It's make a sea change of improvement already in my weight and overall sense of well-being. Hope it does the same for you!

Now the challenge you face is this: I have added you as a friend. Oh no! You have choices (your metaphorical fork in the Sparky road):
