My goals are:

-Eat well every day
-Minimize junk
-Exercise for at least 30 minutes 4-5x a week
-Pay attention to how I'm feeling
-Increase protein foods, decrease white, processed carbs as best as I can for my lifestyle
-Increase fiber

I usually make a monthly calendar of the following exercises:
-30 Day Shred
-No More Trouble Zones
-Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
-Yoga Meltdown
-Ripped in 30

Personal Information:
I'm from Long Island, NY, lived in Las Vegas for a year and Tucson, AZ for 12 years! Currently I'm in Florida and loving it!!!!

I'm a special education inclusion teacher.

I have one child, a daughter who's 5 already! Time flies...

I've been married to my awesome hubby for 10 years, together for 15 years.

Life is good!

Just stopped by to say thanks for commenting on my blog!
You are right, I have watched a few episodes of Extreme Couponing and pretty much all I've seen on that check out belt was processed junk .
