My name is Jennifer, though most people call me Jen. I've always been passionate about government so I dedicated myself to my schooling obtaining a Bachelor's & two master's degrees. All this in hopes of one day achieving a career in our governmental system.

As one might imagine, a lot of stress comes along with achieving such lofty educational goals. As I've always been and still struggle with being a stress eater-- I used eating to cope with all the stress I encountered in school and in life in general. Soon- I reached my highest weight of 200 pounds.

Unhappy & unhealthy I decided its time to take care of me. I dedicated myself to my workouts and making healthy eating decisions. This is not to say I don't still struggle with healthy eating-- because being an emotional eater is a constant struggle; but day by day the healthy decisions I make empower me to be a stronger person.

In exploring new workout routines I found INSANITY and gained a passion for fitness I never thought I could have. Shortly after I began completing several other beachbody programs (P90X, REVABS, INSANITY: The ASYLUM 1 & 2, Brazil Butt Lift) and soon decided to become a beachbody coach in hopes of inspiring and helping others along their fitness journey.

Truthfully- I enjoy what I do, love meeting others and discussing anything fitness!

I am a huge fan of beachbody programs mostly-- some favorites are INSANITY, INSANITY: THE ASYLUM: Volumes 1 & 2, P90X, RevAbs, and Brazil Butt Lift. I also enjoy Jillian Michaels & Taebo routines. Hope to get back into running soon!

    Thanks so much for stopping by my sparkpage! My kiddos are cute aren't they. My sons eyelashes are so long that they touch his eyebrows!! That was the first thing the nurse said when he was born was how beautiful his eyelashes are. He reads really really well too. Both are cute and smart! I am blessed!

    I LOVE LOVE kettlebells!!! I do however only follow a certain training method. Please look up Tracy Reifkind. Here is her blog that is jammed packed full of awesome stuff. I have all her DVD's and her book The Swing is perfect for beginners and details her journey to lose 120lbs with the KB swing.
