I am a full-time student, a wife to one and a mother to three. I joined SparkPeople last year but didn't stick with it. This time I am ready. I turned 27 in January and it is only getting harder for me to keep in shape. I am hoping utilizing this site will keep me motivated and focused.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 10-12 pounds (at 137 now) and really tighten up my "mommy" tummy.

My Program:
Workout:
I usually visit crossfit.om for a WOD, run, row, lift, Pilates(Denise Austin).

Diet:
I eat superfoods and organic products. I only drink water, tea and watered down beverages like juice and lemonade. Also, we have recently been purchasing kefir.
I don't drink pop or eat fast food. I eat a fairly big breakfast with a moderate lunch and dinner-healthy snacking in between. I need to focus on drinking more water!
