Healthy is Happy
Hi - I'm Janice and have been a health and exercise enthusiast for most of my adult life. I was the "fat" kid with the "skinny" siblings and struggled with my weight throughout my early years. After gaining 65 lbs. with my first pregnancy, I decided enough is enough. I joined a gym and started a healthy eating regime. Hi - I'm Janice and have been a health and exercise enthusiast for most of my adult life. I was the "fat" kid with the "skinny" siblings and struggled with my weight throughout my early years. After gaining 65 lbs. with my first pregnancy, I decided enough is enough. I joined a gym and started a healthy eating regime. Although I have fallen off the wagon now and then through the years, I have been able to maintain a healthy weight give or take a few lbs. In the last few years I started running. At first I hated it, but the hate soon turned to love and this year I plan to run my first marathon. I officially started training on January 1 and have lost 7 of the 8 lbs. I set as my goal.
