My Goals:
I'm breaking my total weight loss goal down into smaller increments. Instead of looking at the large number of pounds I have to lose, I'm focusing on losing 10 pounds at a time.
My Program:
I'm just taking it one day at a time. Trying to eat healthier and builidng up my exercise routine.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in York, PA and moved to Tampa, FL in July of 1990. I am an HR/Office Administration Manager for a civil engineering firm in Tampa, FL. I am married to a great guy and have two children; a daughter who is 32 and a son who is 23. I also, am a grandmother to two little girls ages 11 and 8.
Other Information:
I love listening to audiobooks on my iPod and am an avid DIY-er.
