My new goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of 2011. I work full-time and am going to Mary Baldwin College at night. I am happily married and have two wonderful teenagers.

I started running in August 0f 2010 and ran my first 5K race on Thanksgiving (11/25/10). I have run a few more 5Ks this year with my 16-year-old daughter. We are registered for our first half marathon at Disney World on 10/1/11.

Ran my first 5K race on November 25, 2010!

Registered for Disney half-marathon on October 1, 2011!

My Program:
Eat healthier - more fruits and veggies. Exercise more - 60 minutes at least 5 times a week.

Personal Information:
I live in Virginia. I have 2 teenagers, a dog (Siberian Husky) and a cat.

Other Information:
I love reading on my Kindle. I enjoy doing crafts (beads, knitting, etc.) Love the beach and Disneyworld!
