Personal Information:
My weight seems to jump up and down. I'm really tired of this weight roller coaster and have decided to do something about it. The last time that I "dieted", I went from 206 pounds to 184 pounds. Then I gained that and more back (up to 211.5). Now, I'm trying to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly in an effort to loose down to around 150 to 155, with an ultimate goal of weighing 135. The last time that I weighed that, I was in my first few years of high school, so this is going to be a HUGE undertaking. Wish me luck!

Other Information:
I enjoy hiking, walking, swimming, camping, and spending time with family.

Thanks so much for the smiley face! It make ME smile! Sorry to be so slow in sending thanks your way. I'm on vacation, and we've been so busy with family, I just got a chance to check sparks! I'll be gone one more week, then it's back to business! Thanks again, and happy Fourth of July!
