Here we go again!!

I was an original sparkperson almost 2 years ago. I LOVED it!! I was able to lose about 10 pounds and I learned so much about the food i ate and the exercise I did. Once I hit my target weight I wasn't using the site as often and eventually stopped altogether. I've gained back all the weight I lost (very slowly over the course of a year). I'm going to visit my family in April and want to lose the extra weight by then. I'm also training to a 10k in May and want to be successful. My goal ...

My Goals:
I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds by April 1 and be in good shape for a 10k race in May

My Program:
I'm going back to basic Spark principles. Dietwise I'm going to eat a high fiber breakfast, eat more fruits and veggies and drink more water, as well as track my calories. As for exercise I amd running 3-4 days a week

I'm a California girl living in Michigan! I have 4 kids and a wonderful husband. I homeschool my kids.
