SUCCESS IS A MIND THING

I have been working since last May to lose 130 lbs. I have currently lost 60 pounds and gained 10. I am trying hard to get back on track.

I live in Miamisburg, Ohio and my favorite place to exercise is the West Carrollton YMCA with wonderful people like Nicole and Terry.

Other Information:
I would like to break 100 playing golf this summer. This is not likely but I am hopeful. Lots of summer fun with my granddchildren planned.
