Just stopping by to say hi and see how everything is going for you. The last two weeks have been good for me as far as nutrition and exercise. Didn't lose anything last week, but lost two this week. I guess my body is just liking the one pound a week loss and I am not going to insist on more....Have a good week and keep sparking that's what keeps us connected. emoticon

here is a rather yummy vegan recipe for pumpkin brownies (low cal, minimal oil) i found on the web and thought of you. the recipe isn't a large one, but i think it could be doubled. its got a nice flavor, and uses whole wheat flour in addition to white (both in small amounts)
