To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::

1) come in and read the posts

2) read and join any teams that you think you like

3) get it know the people

4) read some articles..... Visit my points- spin the wheel to get your log in points. Read the articles to get points for reading, leaving your receipes (if you choose to)

5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself

Check out www.teamintraining.org I'm partial to this cause but there are others out there like Crohn's disease (http://www.ccteamchallenge.org/site6.aspx
) and breast cancer (http://www.breastcancermarathon.com/ or http://walk.avonfoundation.org/site/PageSe
rver?pagename=walk_homepage). I'm sure there are many more options out there, too, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. If you sign up for something and remember to, I'd love to hear what you've decided upon!

Saw your comment on the motivation blog. Thought I'd drop by and let you know that there are races you can do for charity. What I did was sign up with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. They help train you for a marathon and in return you agree to fundraise a certain amount. Depending on where you decide to do your marathon, the required fundraising amount changes. I actually found the fundraising part harder than training for the marathon!!! It was a great goal for me and I crossed the finish line in June. It was one of the best things I've ever done.
