I'm ready to change my life!!!
I've been over weight to different degrees for most of my life. I was able to get to a weight I was happy with in my early 20's and I really want to get back there. About 4 years ago I weighed 165 lbs. That is the most I have ever weighed. That may not seem like much, but when you're only 4'11" tall, it's not very comfortable. My goal is to get to 125. My Goals:
My goals for this week are: 1. Lose 2 lbs. 2. Work out at least 4 times. 3. Keep my calorie intake below 1500.
My Program:
The way I plan on meeting my goals is to track everything I eat, make sure I get to the gym. Also PLANNING is a very important part of reaching my goals. I have to plan out my meals so that the right food is available when it's time to eat!
Personal Information:
I'm 31 years old from Cumberland, RI. I've been married for 10 years to my husband Peter. We do not have any children yet, but hope to be pregnant by the end of next year.
