I am not on a diet.
I am 34 and on the cusp of diabetes. I am working with a nurse care manager at my doctors office who said the biggest thing to remember is that I am not on a diet - I am improving myself and preventing myself from becoming a diabetic.

My Goals:
-Start and end each day with a smile and a positive attitude. -Take one step every day towards a healthy lifestyle. -Conquer those planks and keep up with physical therapy. - Exercise at least 3 times a week. - 5 fruits/veggies each day.
My Program:
Using the tracker for tracking calories in - and my fitbit for calories out. Focusing each day on making healthy choices and taking one step each day. Going to Jazzercise at least 3 times a week.
Other Information:
Terrified of failing... again.
