Healthy Living for 2011 and Beyond

Have abused food over the last two to three years and have cut back considerably on my exercising.

My Goals:
I'd like to get down to 174 pounds. Once I reach that goal, anytime I see 180 on the scale, then it's time to get serious then. Not 40 pounds later.

Also want to get back to serious exercising.

My Program:
Going to watch food intake. Going to resume a walking program and gradually work up to 40 minutes per day.

Other Information:
2010 was a rough year emotionally, and that probably accounts for packing away some pounds.

But all of that is behind me, and I am ready to press forward. I know that getting rid of these unwanted 40 pounds can only help me as well.
