Hey! thanks for commenting I actually toned it down a lot lately with my workouts. I try to stay at 1 hour maximum per day otherwise I don't enjoy it and burn out. The hard part has been adjusting my calories and food to more sedentary levels. I try to get out early mornings so I don't have to worry about it but otherwise I have to take the kids out. Lately I've been yo yoing a bit trying to get that gain off. Luckily I haven't gained for 2 weeks and I'm trying to tweak it into 1 lbs losses. Hope to get there soon. How is Piyo? I'm thinking of trying something new to get that spark going!
