USING A NEW LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS
No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. ----Albert Einstein Plan: 1. DO 10 MINUTES OF ACTIVITY DAILY 2. Lift weights 3 times a week 3. Check in on other Spark Friends (time permitting) 4. Chart food intake 5. Chart exercise 6. Begin each morning with a few minutes to meditate and then make a conscious plan of how I am going to meet emotional challenges.

My Program:
1. Stay within 1200-1550 calories per day 2. Exercise 5 days a week, at least 30 minutes 3. Keep posting in my food journal 4. Encourage other people on Spark as much as possible 5. Eat as many fresh veggies and fruits as possible 6. Continue all of the good habits that I have made over the past few months.
