Before I have babies!

Here's where I started in January 2012:
I've been working hard for the last few years to change the direction of my career. While I have made great strides professionally, I have lost control of my weight and habits. It's time for me to make improvements physically.

Update January 2014:
I'm down 79.2 lbs. I broke my foot around Thanksgiving, but it's getting better. I will be able to start higher impact exercising again soon. I walked a 5k yesterday morning, so I ...

Update January 2014:
I'm down 79.2 lbs. I broke my foot around Thanksgiving, but it's getting better. I will be able to start higher impact exercising again soon. I walked a 5k yesterday morning, so I hope to be back on the old routines soon.

I've updated my goal. I'd like to be down to 160 before September 17th, 2014. The date is significant, but the 160 is arbitrary. I would be pleased with 165-170.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose 100 lbs before I turn 30! It averages to about 1 lb per week for the next 2 years. It's reasonable and it allows me to make sustainable changes. That should help me keep the weight off.

My Program:
Personal Goal: Exercise 5 days per week.
Realistic Goal: Exercise 4 days per week
Minimum Goal: Exercise 3 days per week

Thank you so much, you do not realize what your comment meant to me. I haven't been on sparks since my last post and needless to say I got off the bandwagon, just a little due to hurting my knees playing softball and trying to recover from that. However, your comment came at the right moment. So, glad I have sparks set to go to my email account, cause, I probably wouldn't have seen it. Staying on track is what I need, especially, right now. Congrats on all the progress you've had so far! That's awesome! I'm hoping by the end of 8 weeks I'll be down at least 20 lbs. Though 35 would be awesome!
