I am a 40 year old wife. I am currently looking to lose 10pounds during my new 5% summer challenge team goal.
I plan on doing this by eating healthier and smaller portions, and drinking water, and riding my stationary bike at least 5 days a week.

Am needing help and encouragement along the journey. I am battling severe, chronic vertigo, phsychogenic syncopy ( where I can black out at any moment) which causes me to be limited in alot of exercises that I can do but will not ...

Am needing help and encouragement along the journey. I am battling severe, chronic vertigo, phsychogenic syncopy ( where I can black out at any moment) which causes me to be limited in alot of exercises that I can do but will not keep me from exercises and watching what I eat. I am also currently dealing with severe migraines and complete paralizing numbness in my right arm.
I also suffer from depression. PTSD and IBS.
I am determined to not give up and to continue working on being/getting healthier. one day at a time.

Am dealing with several different health issues including severe chronic vertigo and PTSD. and depression, Injured back and neck injuries.

I know I need help, but without finances no longer know where else to turn. .

I am working towards getting down to 145 as my next goal. - just hard to do with health issues. But I do not want to give up! I need help. Hubby doesn't understand. I know my heavenly Father does tho - so am leaning on Him.

Soo exhausted from health issues, yet with determination and persistance, one day at a time, I go forward. My next weight goal is to get down to 145. I have lost a few pounds from my all time high, just coming off very slow. But I continue working on it. Will see. Am busy and not sure how often I can be on here and commit to Sparks but am still working on it. Julie

My goal starting March 2012 time for a new me!

my simple plan:

1)bike daily at least 5 times a week
2) drink water
3) watch portion sizes
4) no more mountain dew - eventually soda free.
