Tracking calories, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, fiber, and sodium. Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio a day (even if it's taking the dog for a walk). Weight training at least 4 times a week.
Thank you for responding to me. I am sorry to hear you only lost 5 lbs. but it sounds like you have gained a lot in that year. I know I was just having a bad time, but I will not give up. Thank you for everything.....I hope to hear from you again soon!
