    Hi there, oh sorry for the wrong impression, no sweets during the week, on the weekends you can have sweets. Also during the week you can have sugar in your coffee, I have honey in my tea. Just today I went to a bakery and bought a nice dessert for tonight. So weekends I can snack between meals, have sweets and seconds if I desire. The no S is really quite doable especially when I look forward to my weekends after sticking to 3 squares during the week.. So far so good :)

    Thank you for the comment on my blog about struggling...I know it is amazing how many women struggle..why does it seem mostly women struggle? Hmmm, unless guys are less vocal or worried about it...
