I need to be healthy not only for myself but for my family! update Jan 2, 2012: I didn't reach those 2011 goals, but its a new start to a new year for a new journey! My goals are still the same, my program has changed just a small bit. This year is a year of committment, no more convenience!!!!

As of May 14, 2013 Fitness Program -Follow recommended amount of minutes per Shred (minimum) -Curves Circuit MWF -30 day AB/Crunch Challenge (begin 5/15/13) -Continue SparkPeople 5% challenges & BLC Challenges -Yoga at least twice a week -Track fitness minutes on SP -Burn min 860 calories per week -1 rest day per week Nutrion Program -Follow Shred meal plans for min of 6 weeks -Stay between 1200-1550 calories a day -Track food intake on SP -Measure all portions -Plan meals/snacks each week -Min 6 cups of water per day -Min of 5 servings of fruits/veggies per day
Personal Information:
I live in Southeastern Michigan. I currently hold an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies Major: Business. I regularly volunteer at my daughters school for lunch duty and class events. I plan to complete my studies in winter 2015 (I go part time).
Other Information:
I love mystery, romance and non-fiction novels. I love chick flicks, comedies, scary movies, and anything that has to deal with natural disasters (The Day After Tomorrow is one of my favorite movies). We have a collection of close to 200 Disney/Dreamworks kid/family movies and it is still growing.
