a)Activity of choice for at least 150 minutes a week.
b)Run a 5K

2)Food:
a)Track all food at minimum of 6 days per week
b)Drink at least 8 cups of water a day

3)Decluttering:
a)Take one room/closet every month
and organize. Give away/throw out un-needed
things.
4)Overall:
a)Journey and stay in Onederland! The view is
awesome!
b)Use SP tools for tracking food, exercise and
journaling

Thanks so much for your kudos re 11# weight loss over the Summer Challenge....I so appreciate it. It's hard for me to believe that I was able to manage the record number of food events, including my own birthday. The Challenge came at the perfect time for me, as I'd been in a downward spiral that I couldn't seemto reverse. Everyone's support and enthusiasm toward everyone on the team was phenomenal over the Challenge and it made such a difference.

Now on to Indiana....think we might have reached that state today with the Inbetween. Let's keep moving, acting on our Food Plan, and keep fightin' the good fight! emoticon

Thanks so much for posting to my blog and for your kudos....I appreciate it so much! You are doing great on your Plan, too. You cleaned out a fridge of healthy food items....great planning on your part...it can really pay off not having junk in the house.

Enjoy your trip to Maine and Lobster....My, my MY, lobster right off the boat....is there nothing sweeter, both literally and figuratively? It is SO nice to have a food item on the list that is a treat and low calorie, too. I chose steamed lobster for my birthday meal...yum.

I hope you enjoy your time away from work...time for fun and relaxation....oh and lobster! Lots of it!
