Let's Move It, Move It - MOVE IT!! :)

Hi! My name is Jen and I Just want to be more aware of the quality and quantity of the food I eat and, most importantly, STAY MOTIVATED to keep moving. =) I started SP a couple years ago and did OK. I found great resources and want to come back. I think I've finally got more support at home as far as the fitness part, so hopefully we can keep it up.

"Eat Less, Move Around More." - as stated by The Radio Gawds W&J (sounds simple enough, huh? We'll see. :) )
