That's great that you got your whole family involved! My husband is super skinny so he's on the high carb high sugar diet sigh so it's hard because I have to keep both foods in the house. Well I know that when I start cheating it never ends. If you keep eating all day (meat/cheese/veggies) it will keep you full and you're less likely to cheat. If you feel like you want something sweet, try an Atkins bar (my favorite is Smores) they can be hard to find though.
Some of my favorite Atkins Friendly Foods... Hamburger Patty grilled with Extra cheese and avacado/tomato Chicken Breast Grilled with seasoning and cheese String cheese snacks Bake some parmesan cheese for 5 minutes with red pepper (makes tasty crunchy/spicy snacks) Celery w/ peanut butter or cream cheese Tuna w/ Mayo Deviled Eggs Taco Meat on Lettuce w/ all the toppings (no chips!)
And drink green tea! You get used to the taste and it makes you not hungry!
