Well, I've been away from you guys for awhile--had to see what all the south beach hype was all about seeing as I recently moved to southwest Florida. I must say the pounds have MELTED away! I'm 35 pounds lighter since beginning and have a renewed sense of achievement. These last 30 pounds will be a breeze with your support and encouragement!!

Druidry or Druidism is a spirituality which is based on the earth. =) Druids can be anyone. You can be a Christian Druid, a Buddist Druid, a Wiccan Druid, etc. The spirituality focuses on knowledge, self meditation, and keep the Earth green!

So, it is mystical indeed!

Keep up the weight loss program you have made for yourself! You can do it!

I saw a post you wrote about not seeing changes and feeling down, so I'm here to cheer you on. I see you have no comments either, so here is your first sparkpage comment-enjoy! You say you havent seen a change in the feel or fit of your clothes in a week, but honestly, it takes more than a week. Initially that sounds discouraging, but you will notice other changes first. If you are working out, even just walking, one of the first things you will notice is your fitness-that extra street you can walk down before you get out of breath, stronger muscles and more spring in your step. Then you will notice you feel healthier inside-like your body is clean and fresh. Then when you least expect it you will suddenly notice those pants getting loose! Keep going and stick with it-its not a quick fix and you say your goal is far away. I've been here 18months now and the reason I am still going is because I get on sparkpeople and tell people how I am feeling, get motivation and sometimes just get someone to shout at me to get out the house. Use all the tools, follow the advice and you will get there. And the odd bad day, week or month really doesnt ruin everything!
