Determined.
I started lifestyle change on September 11, 2010. My starting weight after I had my 2nd child was 215. Of course the first 15-20 lbs when by FAST because it was a lot of water weight from my child. Now I'm trying to get rid of the "real pounds":. I am counting my calories and exercising 4x a week. I am determined to get down to a healthy weight. My Goals:
My inital goal weight is to be 115. I am 5'2 and at my biggest was 215 pounds. As of right now 08/13/2011 I weighed in at 137.8! Started doing my daily workouts again and eating right and hoping to get down to 115 by 05/07/2013.
My Program:
My program is calorie counting 1200-1550 calories a day. I try to bounce back and forth between 1200 and 1550 but most the time end up ranging at the 1200 side! I am on my 3rd round of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and after it's done I will probably find another Jillian Michaels video! I work out 3-4x a week!
Personal Information:
I am a 24 y/o female. I went to the doctor at the beginning of October of 2010 and that's when he told me I was too big when he got my blood results back he told me I had a fatty liver and if I didn't lose weight it could damage it. That scared me straight. After I lose this weight I am bound and determined to NEVER be overweight again.
