    I was glad to get your comment on my page. I read your blog and feel your pain. I lost around 60 pounds, with even more to lose. I maintained my weight loss for several years, then gained 20 pounds back because I stopped logging my food. I am 8 pounds from where I was last year.

    My last goal was to eat five fruits and vegetables every day. Although eating the fruits and vegetables is not a strong habit yet, I am doing much better.

    This week my goal is to increase my physical activity. I rarely miss pilates on Friday. My goal is to add weight training two days this week.

    What are your goals this week? Is there a particular day you would like to check in? Do you want to include weight, weight changes, or just track goals?

    I hit the bottom this time and for the first time I AM MAD at myself. I bought a threadmill. That's a start. ;)
    And work is work now, and I won't allow it to control my life...

    HELLO!! So it is yet another comeback lol I'm also using FitnessPal but I think the community is more motivating here. So I shall see.

    Glad to know you are still doing this. =) If this time it doesn't work, I'm heading straight to WW to have more support than trying this on my own.
