That's the attitude! You can do this! I don't know why I resisted living a healthy style of life for so long. It does so many positive things for me. I am so excited for you. Write all of these positive thing down and keep them where you can see them. If you have a down day use that list to remind yourself of the up side to living healthy. I am doing that right now. I have started into what looks like a plateau. I have stayed the same for two weeks. But that happens. I am staying the course and continuing my healthy habits of eating properly and exercising. In time the plateau always breaks and I have a great weight loss. Keep up the great work of taking care of yourself. The benefit outweigh everything else. 1502 days ago
