I'm a 31yr old Reference and Instruction Librarian. I use Spark People to help me keep accountable of what I'm eating and how much I'm exercising. I have struggled with weight all my life due to bad habits and medical issues. I know I will never be "skinny" but I'd like to be healthy.

My Goals:
I just want to slim down and be healthier than I am now. I know it won't happen overnight and I'll probably fail more often than not but I'm determined to keep trying.
My Program:
Right now I'm just trying to up my fitness level. I go to an Auqua-Fit class Monday and Wednesday and use my Elliptical or go for a walk on other days. I'm also just starting to use the SparkPeople fitness DVD's.
