No more excuses

I just had a baby the beginning of June, so I am ready to get back on track and get to my goal weight. now I have an extra 10 lbs to lose, but he is worth it :o) Here's to a new improved mommy!

Hey Jennifer- I see you have found Quick Fire- I love it and the challenges have me doing little bits of exercise all day long- at my desk even... and has been a big help in doing something to get my metabolism up- today is hop, skip and jump day- you should see me sneaking into the bathroom, locking the door and hop, skipping and jumping during the day... I acutally use this one other days when I feel my metabolism go down... Smiles, Sharon your Ultimate girl friend... emoticon

Hi Jennifer,
Glad to hear you are starting student teaching. Oh what fun!!!! I have been very busy getting ready for the fall. Today is the last day for teaching staff until August 25th.
Sorry to hear about the baby......I am a true believer that things happen for a reason.
The band plays tonight...so off to Minnetonka during rush hour traffic!!!! It is a nice night out, around 84 degrees. Well need to finish up with somethings....talk later.

Thanks for the candles.......I will need that by the end of the week
