I am tired of always trying to loose weight and change my habits to live a healthier life style and coming up empty handed. I have managed to loose 15-20 lbs umpteen times in my life! Now I need to loose 40 or more the be at a healthy weight and it feels overwhelming! I want to feel physically fit and full of energy instead of weak and sluggish. I am almost thirty and I know that if I don't loose the weight it will lead to serious health issues! A little about me: I living in CT with my wonderful boyfriend of 5 years with our two black labs and two crazy cats. I love to read, write and knit...haha I know whoa living on the edge! I also love the out doors! Hiking, white water rafting, geocaching, fishing ...count me in! I joined SP in June of 2011. I love the community and all of the support here. My Goals:
Long Term Goals: - Lose 40 lbs - run a half marathon - drop three dress sizes - hike Mt. Katadin in ME Short Term Goals: - Lose 1-2 lbs per week - Workout 3-4 time a week - Run a 5K (Check) - Run a 10 K - Eat 3-4 veggie and fruit servings a day - Drink 64 oz of h2o a day.
My Program:
My program is changing ever week! I am setting small goals each week and once I accomplish them I am adding on! I started working out two times a week now I am up to three times. I am starting to track my nutrition again too!
