Hi Jen, Welcome aboard! Remember, all of the little steps you take will lead to giant leaps! The best advice I can give you is to take your time learning how to use the Spark. After becoming a member, it took me quite a while to get serious and see it for the amazing tool it is. I only recently became active with the SparkTeams...they are awesome! They really motivate you, help keep you on track and help you take the Spark to the next level. I was convinced that I could do this on my own...well, maybe I could have....but it wouldn't be as fun!
Hi, Jenn! Welcome to Spark People! You definitely have the right attitude to start with - this is a journey, not a destination to rush to. Lifestyle change, not a "diet". Lots of members have lost or are losing as much or more than you, so be sure to get acquainted with the Teams and regular bloggers cuz the stories are very inspiring, especially if you are feeling low or discouraged. Make a bunch of Spark friends, blog, post, reply and offer support to others who post. All the articles and stages and strategies materials are excellent for chaning attitudes and habits.
