I've been an overweight woman my whole adult life. In 2002, I went on a trip, and during that trip, I realized that if I slipped or fell, that I'd probably break my hip. That was at 300lbs. Today, I'm under 200lbs, after a lot of hard work, but I still need to lose much more. A co-worker suggested this site to me, and I'm pleased with how the site works, and how I can track all kinds of information, all pertaining to a healthier lifestyle (and a thinner me).

My Goals:
Lose weight so that I am under 200lbs for at least 6 months. (DONE!) Get to 150lbs. Get to 140lbs. Get to 135lbs and hold that weight for 6-12 months, and plan skin removal surgery.
