I've been an overweight woman my whole adult life. In 2002, I went on a trip, and during that trip, I realized that if I slipped or fell, that I'd probably break my hip. That was at 300lbs. Today, I'm under 200lbs, after a lot of hard work, but I still need to lose much more. A co-worker suggested this site to me, and I'm pleased with how the site works, and how I can track all kinds of information, all pertaining to a healthier lifestyle (and a thinner me).

My Goals:
Lose weight so that I am under 200lbs for at least 6 months. (DONE!)

Get to 150lbs.
Get to 140lbs.
Get to 135lbs and hold that weight for 6-12 months, and plan skin removal surgery.

Thank you Jo. I forgot how much support I get from people on here, especially you. :) I need to learn to NOT run and hide when I fall off the wagon, but to jump on Spark and get my butt kicked right back onto that wagon. Thank you for being my butt kicker. and I will be yours with the stinky smoking. :) emoticon

i still do cardio... just, days where im going to be doing yardwork or painting, it has to be less. not because of the strain on my body or that i cant handle it, but due to time.
so those days i usually walk an hour, bike an hour. maybe walk 2 hours, bike 30 minutes.

part of me thinks im eating too little.
every single time we go to eat, i come back weighing less than before.

this weekend, we ate out friday/sat/sun and i weigh less than friday morning.

but i cant complain too much.
husband thinks it is my body adjusting.
