I've been an overweight woman my whole adult life. In 2002, I went on a trip, and during that trip, I realized that if I slipped or fell, that I'd probably break my hip. That was at 300lbs. Today, I'm under 200lbs, after a lot of hard work, but I still need to lose much more. A co-worker suggested this site to me, and I'm pleased with how the site works, and how I can track all kinds of information, all pertaining to a healthier lifestyle (and a thinner me).

emoticon enlighten me~
Why are you still going to climb on your roof if you have a snow rake?

Our neighbor has a tin roof...BUT~ it has been so cold here that the snow did not let go so he still had to rake it off~~ emoticon

Hey! JO~~
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year girl!

Thanks for commenting on my COLD blog~ emoticon

Our house is a story & a half so the roof has a really sweep pitch~ climbing up there is NOT an option at our age! emoticon
So we *rake* that snow off our roof....still a good work out but a safer one!

YOU be careful climbing that roof of yours!!
