    Hi Jo!! How are you liking your new Fitbit? I love mine...even if it tells me I'm lazy haha!!

    I find it does keep you aware of how little or much you are moving. The key is to wear it consistently and take baby steps in increasing your steps. Going from 4000 to 10000 a day it a lot so break it up!

    I aim for 10000 three times a week...the rest around 7000.

    From Girlies Ditching 100 lbs team, but saw you say you are from Canada and then realized oh cooooool, New Brunswick even!

    I was living in Saint John, moved to Virginia to be with my honey (now wife) 3 years ago.
    We will be moving closer by end of next summer (Maine) - but anyway wanted to say HI!
