My Goals:
I'm looking to lose 40 pounds and get my pre-pregnancy body back! I'm also looking for Spark Friends to keep me motivated! :)

My Program:
Right now I have to take it easy due to an ankle injury so my plan is:

20 minutes a day x5 days and see how my ankle is feeling.

Work up to 20 minutes twice a day x5 days.

Personal Information:
Mom of 2 (1-year-old and 9-year-old) from PA.
