Well, I'm finally in that white haired group, darn...I go to the rec ctr 3 days a week and do 3 back to back 1 hour classes each day. Visit with much older friends at the Senior Center next door since I know most of them having lived in this town all my life. I keep busy and have a little black dog that is 16 with old doggie issues.
