My Fitness Journey

My husband and I have lost almost 75 pounds between the two of us. My goal for the rest of 2009 is to avoid gaining any of the traditional holiday weight. My goal for 2010 is to lose the last 11 pounds to my goal weight.

I am a mother of four, wife of one and full-time employee of the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Maintaining a healthy weight, much less a healthy lifestyle is challenging at best.

1. Exercise every day.
2. Drink water every day.
3. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.
4. Worry less.

My Program:
Strength training three days a week and cardio training three days a week.
